Does your company charge for inspections?
Yes, we do, time is money afterall. We only charge the bare minimum should our team is unable to resolve any problems or issues that your refrigeration systems are facing
Does your company provide the warranty?
Of course, we have pride on our solid administration, thus we offer 12 months of warranty on all of our installations. If anything goes wrong, just call us and we will manage it correctly.
Does your company provide after sales maintenance service?
Not many cold room provide this service as they do not generate enough profit. Thus, we would always optimise our installations / work.
Should your system be installed by another party, we will always try our best to maintain your refrigeration system and/or provide repairs whenever needed.
